基本程序：
安省技工移民，并不需要先在 EOI 打分系统算分。它的前提，是申请人必须先在 EE 快速通道里面注册，等候安省政府的邀请。收到邀请后，45 天内向省政府提交申请。获批后，就给 EE 系统加了 600 分，然后再等待联邦对 EE 的邀请，从而申请移民。
基本条件：
首先要明白，符合安省技工移民的条件，不等于会被省政府邀请，这是一个被动选择的过程，事先也不会知道被邀请的标准是什么。那种感觉就好像“甄嬛传”的嫔妃被皇帝翻牌一样。当然，能够做嫔妃，也是需要有条件的：
1）在过去两年内，累计至少获得以下一年全职某个或者多个职位的工作经验，或者是相当于一年全职的 part-time 工作经验。
2）如果从事这些职业是需要安省牌照的，那么需要取得牌照下的工作经验才算。
